Embers Grand Finale #Handmade #Folksy

The old month has ended and the new month has begun, so today I am having a final September Embers blog. A Grand Finale. I can`t believe how fast the month has gone. I think the fabulous weather has helped in the last week and of course we were away the week before, enjoying sunshine, when it was chilly here. There have been so many outstanding listings throughout the month, they just seem to get better and better. I shall look at the final day for pics to put on here.
Yesterday I looked after my youngest grandson while my daughter was at work. We went into the city on the bus and luckily it was a double decker so we sat upstairs. He really enjoys going on the bus and I got what I needed for my brothers birthday party last night.
I did of course get the present from Folksy, a beautiful album with his name, age and the date on it. As he enjoys playing the guitar it also had a guitar on the front. The album came from Dottie Designs so I knew it would be fabulous as I bought keepsake boxes from her before and they were stunning.
I will tell you a bit about the party tomorrow as I am doing this blog early because of course I am going to celebrate too.
My grandson had a sleep so he would be able to stay up too and I got crocheting and made another hat and half of a Collar/Scarf, not sure if I could sit and do nothing.
Enough waffle it`s time to start adding pictures and writing some verse.

We went on the bus adventuring,
into the city we were venturing.
Hot though it was we had fun
and both were weary when we were done.
I bought more yarn I confess,
without any duress.
I just wanted more
to sneak in the door
added it to the rest.
buying yarn is the best.
I am using it very fast
so it doesn`t really last.
I making and creating a storm
for me though it`s the norm.
I`m creating so quick,
the yarns gone in a tick.
The ideas are flowing
the made pile is growing
now I have to take time to list,
them everywhere, you get the gist.
It takes so long to do so much
hours I could be crocheting and such.
Over the weekend I`m going to try,
the very thought makes me sigh!
