Today is a showcase of Valentinos Talent. As usual there were so many wonderful things that I had to limit myself, such a trial.
Where did the week go again. It seems as though the days only last five minutes.It`s not that I`m getting old (much) it`s the pace of life. That`s my excuse and I`m sticking with it.
Picked up my 4 yr old grandson from school the other day. We chatted about his day, then he informed me proudly that he nad his friend had been drinking fire water. In great alarm grandad asked where he got it. `Out of the tap` was his puzzled response. Such a wonderful imagination!

This week has really gone so fast
why does the time fly so quickly past?
It`s loving the life I`m living now
for doing that I`ll take a bow!
Even though I`m always so busy,
often feeling oh so fizzy.
The buzz of creating is so exciting
even if the time, I`m constantly fighting.
Making time for painting and crocheting too,
and all the other things we have to do.
Every so often I stop and take note,
I tell you, nature has my vote.
Take a minute to gaze at the night sky,
doesn`t it make you want to fly?
Alll those stars twinkling so bright,
the moon such a wonderful sight.
The colours, the new shoots, the blue of the sky,
why do the clouds cover it so often, why, oh why?
Nothing quite like the fluffy white cloud,
in summer, why do the birds shout so loud?
I don`t mind really, if you`ll hurry along,
for summer, I`ll put up with early bird song.
Right now, even spring seems so far away,
even though I know it will return soon one day!

It had better, cos I am fed with with rain, cold and grey skies.
