Although I have to say I am quite glad this week has gone fast as I am going away for the weekend today. I am off to Milton Keynes to visit family and I am really looking forward to it. I expect I shall get lot`s of crocheting done while I am there, although there will be others staying too. We are having a get together so I may not get as much done as usual, but that will be fine as I shall get to catch up more with other people instead. Although I shall be away I have done a new blog for each day so that you can still have your fix of fabulous Folksy goodies.
Don`t forget to pop in each day to check it out.
Not quite sure what this Folksy Friday will be. I shall have to go searching for inspiration on Folksy and see what I come up with.
I discovered an old thread about birds. Someone asking to see birds for their blog and getting an amazing amount of choice. I peeked in it and thought they all looked so great that I would include several for this Folksy Friday.
As usual, to ssee a bigger picture or a description, just click on the item to fly over and view it in the shop.
Have FUN and ENJOY!!
The wonderful weekend lies ahead,
will you be up early or lie abed.
There`s places to go and things to see,
get togethers planned and families for tea.
Whatever you do, whether you relax or hurry,
spare us a thought in all that flurry.
Come visit my blog and visit my shop,
visit some others and shop till you drop.
We`re always open 24 hours a day,
come tarry a while, what do you say?
Untold treasures for you to find,
it won`t even be that difficult, mind.
No struggling from place to place
until you can no longer face,
another queue endlessly winding round
and some sort of muzak that`s just sound.
Shopping isn`t a pleasure anymore
and we wonder what we go for.
The shops forget to put customers first
sometimes I`m so irritated I could burst.
Many others all feel the same
cities are no longer a fun game.
So sit your self back and get comfy too,
then pop along to see what we`ve got for you!!
