Yesterday seemed a bit flat to start with after all the non stop excitement of the birthdays weekend. So I decided to have a good sort out of yarn and stock and discovered so much I didn`t realise I had.
There were many things that aren`t even listed for one reason or another. Those will be going into Clearance Sales, especially this one in my Folksy shop where everything is £3.00 or less to clear the way for new.
There is also a Clearance section in my Etsy shop.
I managed to get lot`s of pictures done while it was sunny. It was very mild too, made the walk to the Post Office very enjoyable.

A long while ago in the past
things were usually made to last.
So now we have a great trade
in many things that were made
so very many many years ago
and much of this will show
how they lived in times gone by
and over them we often sigh.
We think there was many a saint
the things they used we call quaint.
Many people love to collect
antiques so they can reflect
on what it was like back then.
No fancy computers, just a pen.
What would they say to see it all,
the way technology holds us in thrall?
And the speed at which we live our life
not to mention the constant world strife!!
