Yesterday I was a bit tired having had a sleepover with my teenage grandchildren. One had a friend staying and the other had her boyfriend round for the evening. We watched films and had lot`s of snacks. They had fizzy while I had a glass of wine, very civilised. The tiredness came from sleeping in a different bed. These days it takes me a few nights to get used to a different bed.
It was worth it though, we had fun, it was lovely to spend the time with them.

It`s great seeing animals in the wild,
for adults too, not just a child.
Zebras grazing, rather like a horse
apart from those stripes of course.
Looking so huggable the Panda bear,
try it and no telling how you`ll fare.
Monkeys so cute, just hanging around,
not often that they touch the ground.
The elephant majestically lumbering
along, stands even while slumbering.
The stag that stands out from the crowd
antlers tall, head held high and proud.
The striped, the spots and the plain
the big cats they all roar again.
These aren`t in the wild or a zoo,
they are here especially for YOU!!
