So here I go, off to see what wonderful purple creations I can find.
Phew, that was a lot of pages to look through. If you want to know how many, just put purple into the search box on Folksy. I just jumped about, looking at some pages and skipping past others. I don`t usually like to do that in case I miss something I really want to add but today I had to as there were so many. I think quite a lot of people really like purple as a colour, I know it`s a favourite with my younger daughter at the minute. I have a few clothes in purple, not many though but my bedroom is purple with gold butterflies painted on the wall, just three. My hubby copied them from the quilt cover although he did them a lot bigger and they look great.
Was busy yesterday. Shopping, seeing new twin babies and then out in the evening too. I did still get some crochet done however. I finished a hat in turquoise to match a collar but neither are photographed yet. Also have mittens to photograph too. By the time I get round to it the pile will have grown even more.
First thing in the morning my grandaughter popped in with her friend as she wanted a lift to another friends. She did have breakfast with us first before heading off with grandad. It was lovely to see them a nice start to the day. Seeing the twins was lovely too, they are absolutely gorgeous. I had seen pictures but was very eager to see them in the flesh.

Purple is a passion of mine,
I think it`s very fine.
Purple clothes, I have a few,
I think a shopping trip is due.
On the walls and on the bed,
looks great, it has to be said.
I would quite like purple hair,
not really sure if I would dare.
Purple fingers and purple toes,
well I`ve had lots of those.
Mainly it`s been on my nails
some purple when all else fails.
I know bruises are purple as well,
but I didn`t like it, when once I fell.
That`s the sort I can do without
because that did make me shout.
I had a purple handbag
unitl it started to sag.
I always put far too much in,
most of it should be in the bin.
I loved the bag with real passion
it might even have been in fashion.
I added butterfly brooches on it too.
WHY? I really haven`t a clue.
Now it`s gone, I haven`t seen any more.
Am I becoming a purple bore?
