April Show-ers Showcase #Handmade #Folksy.

I think it`s time for another view of the amazing crafts listed by the April Show-ers listing club. For those that don`t know, this is a daily listing club on Folksy thats starts afresh each month. For each of us it`s a personal challenge to try and list an item each day in our shops. It does tend to keep us motivated and coming up with fresh ideas. Each month we have a sales tally that is kept by Natalie from NOFKants Curios and it is encouraging to see it rise. Now I haven`t joined that tally yet this month, so if you want to pop over to my shop, feel free. Oh and while you are there feel free to spend what you like. I`m always thrilled by that sort of encouragement. Well, actually we all are.
So whether you need a gift or just fancy treating yourself, come to Folksy and support the Uk Crafters. Because, not only do you get to buy something unique instead of mass produced, you also help to keep an industry going. That of small businesses who are desperately trying to keep creating the wonderful and unique craft items you see here on a daily basis.
Yesterday started off as a lovely day then was raining by the late afternoon. In the early evening however there was a gorgeous rainbow so vivid and bright it had a shadow rainbow beside it. I love rainbows, I find them so uplifting and magical. I`m just a big kid really.

Yesterday afternoon the rain came in
dark and chilly when the sun went in.
It rained quite hard, what went wrong?
Although it didn`t rain for long.
The sun shone briefly as it went down
with rain clouds as its crown.
The clouds turned orange, a lovely sight
then suddenly there it was, so very bright.
A glorious rainbow, the colours glowing.
Now I didn`t mind the rain had been flowing.
As I watched it grew into an arc
that seemed to flow right over the park.
There beside it a shadow lay
not as bright but clear as day.
As it faded the sky turned red
as the sun put the day to bed.
Nature put on a spectacular show
and it gave me a wonderful glow!
