Santa flies in, light on his feet

With a quiet but merry ho ho ho
he and Rudolph are soon on the go.
A jingle of bells, a snort and a neigh
and once more it flies, the sleigh.
A glittery sparkle sprinkles around
the only sign that he touched the ground.
Apart from the parcels heaped up high
that seemed to appear from the sky.
Purple, blue, red, green and gold
all the colours bright and bold.
The wrapping all with a glittery shine
such a pile looking so fine.
Today he travels the world
leaving gifts as the magic whirled!!
