We have here all the colours that always make us think of Christmas.... well me anyway. I confess that I love it. Especially seeing the children`s faces, their excitement and wonder, the laughter and fun of the whole day. Getting together with family and just making the most of it all, as a lovely respite in today`s fast paced and frenetic world.
Less than 4 weeks to go and I`m not much further forward. I really am going to have to do some serious Christmas shopping.

Santa will soon be on his way
with Rudolph pulling the sleigh.
They`ll be travelling far and wide
they wait for neither man nor tide.
Flying high so far above us
getting it done without a fuss.
Working solidly for 24 hours,
good job he`s got magic powers.
For children hearing the bells jingle
makes their whole body tingle
with excitement and anticipation
of the Christmas celebration.
Not very many weeks now to go
for the children, it will be slow!!
