Chosen by Me #Folksy

Thought we would have some gorgeous creations from Folksy today. I decided not to go with a theme but to have a wander and pick out various items that I really like. All of these wonderful crafts really appeal to me for one reason or another. The style, the colours, the shapes or just because they are amazing. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
Always good too to be keeping an eye out for gifts and not just for that big occasion looming ever closer. Shall I say it? Shall I? Why not..... Christmas! There that wasn`t so bad was it? Shall I tell you how close it is? About 10 or 11 weeks to go I think, could even be less than that.
Last year I spotted a countdown widget and put it on here, perhaps I`ll have to have a look and find one. At least that way I`ll keep a close eye on it and not panic at the last minute at how close it has got.
Not much to report here as I was at work all day yesterday, so nothing exciting there.
Today I`m finishing off all my tax stuff to go visit the tax man tomorrow. Eeeek! Although I have to say it was much easier last year than I thought it would be. Fingers crossed that it`s the same this year.

I`m feeling just a little bit daft
not a good time to ply my craft.
Better to try and attempt witty
for this little rhyming ditty.
Maybe I should do a jig
or go and try on a wig.
Perhaps I`ll do a little dance
or even just preen and prance.
Nope, none of those appeal
just don`t know how I feel.
I`ll look in the mirror and make faces
putting it through it`s paces.
If nothing else it`ll make me giggle
embarassment could make me wriggle.
I really shouldn`t ought
to do that, I might get caught.
By hubby and he`ll think I`m daft
and should really be doing my craft.
Nah, he`s used to my funny ways
after all, he sees them most days!
