Clouds #Handmade #Folksy

I thought that clouds would be something different to have on here. I found quite a few things that have clouds on them and thought I would share. Clouds can be depressing when all you see is endless dark grey day after day. But they can also be quite fascinating when you watch fluffy ones scudding across the sky, billowing almost like the sails of ships.
At times I love to watch them and find the shapes they can make absolutley fascinating. I`ve seen fantastical scenes with mountains and lakes, with the lake glowing pink from the sunset. I`ve often seen animals, dogs, rabbits and even dragons, some of them so clear, it`s amazing.
I have heard other people say the same, not many admittedly, but some who love watching the changing shapes as they billow and morph into something else.
I`m not totally weird, honest.
On Friday my hubby decided that he would finish the Pinata as it was needed for yesterday. He didn`t quite finish it as I would have done. It ended up with a very large nose that he stuck on before it was filled. He had to remove it to put all the sweets in and as he hadn`t enlarged the hole it was a bit of a job. If nothing else it will provide a laugh as it looks such a funny shape. The children won`t care and they will enjoy the sweets. Not quite what I envisaged when I began with such high hopes but at least it got finished.

I`m going to shout very LOUD!
GIVE BACK THE SUN
cos there`s no summer fun!
(Written in frustration at the lack of sun.)

Clouds they sail far and wide,
from here to the other side.
They sometimes hurry at a fast pace
makes you think that they`re in a race.
Dark and brooding, fluffy and light
always such a fabuous sight.
I love to watch for a shape
I find it quite a jape.
There a dragon, there a dog
some shapes have me all agog!
I`ve seen Utopia in the sky
such beauty makes me sigh.
Mountains and lakes going on forever
how do they do that, it`s so clever.
Is it them, or is it me?
Over imaginative you see!
