Can`t remember the last time I put art on here, sadly remiss of me. I haven`t had time to paint for a while, so I tend to forget to do a complete art blog. Unless that is, I click on the thread for ACEOs or other Art in the forums. Then I am reminded how fabulous it all looks. That is what happened yesterday. I was having a quick look through the various threads for inspiration when I decided to look at the art ones. I tend not to look at them as it reminds me of what I am missing. I also feel a bit guilty for not having any new art to list and don`t feel I have the right to comment if I am not painting myself. Weird I know, but that`s just me.
Seeing all the fabulous art makes me want to paint again but at the moment I just haven`t had any spare time to indulge myself. With working a lot and trying to get ahead for the winter season something has to go and unfortunately, at the minute it is painting that has gone.
I do love the encaustic art, it looks so vibrant and often portrays such fantastical landscapes. I could stare at them for hours. Mind you, so much of the art on Folksy is brilliant, it makes you feel good just to gaze upon it.
Bear in mind as you browse the gallery here that these are my choices and not necessarily what you would choose.

wouldn`t want them to go to waste.
Our pictures need to be admired,
it`s good to see someone all fired
up with the desperate need to own one
of these masterpieces before they are gone.
