Christmas Pressies #Etsy

Hope you enjoy today`s Christmassy goodies brought here especially from Etsy for your delectation.
For those in the UK I hope you have all stayed safe, yesterday and last night. There has been flooding with the high winds and tide surges made worse by the gale force winds and rain
. Local authorities though have actually sprung into action evacuating people, organising places for people to go and transport to get them there.
Fortunately I live on a hill and didn`t have to go out yesterday, I just watched things sail by the window from the warmth of my home. It has been extremely blustery and wet at times. Not nice at all.
As usual, to see a bigger picture or a description, just click on the item to view it in the shop.
ENJOY!!!

Wind is howling, blowing a gale
it`s raining, or is it hail.
The trees are whipping around,
so much debris on the ground.
People struggle along, bent double,
these winds are nothing but trouble.
Head down against the cold,
enough to make you feel old.
The sunrise warned, it was red
really should have stayed in bed.
The saying goes, Red in the Morning
always brings a shepherds warning.
Then you know the weather will be bad
although not usually quite this mad.
Still tomorrow is another day,
there`s always hope, is what I say!!

  1. Really appreciate the warmth of your picks after reading about yesterday's dreadful weather. Glad you're safe and warm!
