I spotted this collection and thought it would be great to show you all. Gorgeous tartans and checks here.
Can you believe it? It was sunny all day yesterday. Yes the wind had quite a bite but it was so nice to see the sun and lovely to have a mostly blue sky. I think everyone is so fed up with greyness and rain. I am pretending that I haven`t seen the weather forecast for today and that it isn`t pretty dire.
Let me think now ..... What did I do yesterday? Ahhh yes. I decided to make up some packs for crafting. I added a variety of yarns as well as ribbon. I`ve done them in blues, pinks & purples and a yellow & greens pack so far. I will also be adding other colour ways and a general mixed pack too.
Very handy for small craft projects and adding interest to larger projects too. Great for children to use their imagination with as well.

You could knock me down with a feather
I`m so amazed at the improved weather.
Who would have believed it would stay sunny?
Grey skies and rain would have had my money.
Yes I know there`s still quite a chill
but all that sunshine gives such a thrill.
Clear blue sky looking like a summers day
almost made me want to go out and play.
Winter weather will soon returning
and those in T shirts will be learning
that a bit of sun doesn`t bring spring
though I did hear the birds sing.
It`s quite early and rather risky
but the birds are already getting frisky
a sure sign that winter will soon leave
and I, for one, will certainly not grieve!!
