Easter Bunny #Folksy

We haven`t had much on here for Easter as yet so I think it`s time to remedy that. The Folksy Front page had rabbits on it which gave me the idea for Easter Bunnies, but as yet no Easter section so I made my own search.
Mind you, when they do have a specific section it only has a small sample of what`s available so I tend to make my own search too anyway.
I liked the idea of the rabbits and when the search revealed a good variety I decided to go ahead. Who knew there would be such a varied selection?
Let`s see now, how far away is Easter? By my reckoning it`s about 3 and a half weeks, not long at all.
For those that haven`t got their Mothers Day gifts or cards as yet, it isn`t too late to buy them online, many like me, always send out 1st class post. Just be sure to check that it is and if you are running out of time, why not get it sent direct, especially if you have to post it on anyway.
Yesterday was such a beautiful day with blue sky and sunshine after such a dull start. It was quite windy and chilly but at least it was bright. Just what we all need after such a long winter.
Yesterday afternoon I went shopping, after school, with my grandaughter who will be 16 years old today. Not quite sure where the years went or how she grew up so fast, but I am very proud of the beautiful and caring young woman she has become. There will be big family celebrations at the weekend for her birthday, but today she will be celebrating with her friends.

The Easter bunny will soon be here
it`s coming fast that`s clear.
Hopefully he`ll bring spring too
hints of green will be the clue.
Easter eggs will abound
with some hidden in the ground.
Egg hunts put kids to the test
as they race along with the rest.
Who will find them and get the prize
all of course, that`s the surprise.
The Easter bunny hops along,
without him it would all be wrong.
Will he be chocolate or stuffed
tasty and yummy or cute and fluffed.
Such a choice that we have now,
it`s enough to crease the brow.
Don`t forget a hot cross bun
all part of the Easter fun.
Easter delights are just divine
looking good and tasting fine!!
