Sellers Spectacular #Folksy

A new month already, I`m sure time is speeding up. Only seems five minutes since the month started.
Today I decided to show a variety of crafts from the September Sellers daily listers. Now that the club is ended it`s nice to see a selection from the last few days.... well I think so anyway.
I would like to say a big thank you to Natalie of NOfkants Curios for keeping it going once more and encouraging us onward and upward.
I hope you enjoy todays selection and take a little time to browse through these lovely shops for more treasures.
Saturday night I celebrated my son in laws birthday. They called it a student party as they had it in the house they are doing up and we sat on garden chairs. It was great fun and the grandchildren and friends children were there to start with. After Happy Birthday was sung and the cake cut, the children were taken home and the parents returned. Then it was great conversation and lot`s of laughs. Unfortunately we had to leave by 9.00 a.m as my hubby had to be up at 5.00 a.m for work. Very nice chatting with my daughters, son in laws and their friends.
It`s been very windy here the last few days but mercifully not too much rain.
Finished another scarf and a pair of fingerless mitts/wristies. Also finished and photographed a hood and scarf combo, this time in Blue, Teal and Purple. Looks very nice, even if I do say so myself.
Now I can start on something new. Woo Hoo. Not sure whether to do a hat or something else, got a few ideas buzzing around. Will have to see.
As usual, to see a bigger picture or a description, just click on the item to view it in the shop.
ENJOY!!!

The other night I was cooking tea
and what do think happened to me?
A disaster, but not that big,
not that I really care a fig.
It all went on was nicely cooking,
being good I kept checking and looking.
But then I decided a little crochet was good,
I really don`t think that I should
have gone in the other room and sat down,
yes the very thought`s giving me a frown.
Door had to be shut, was cooking fish,
a bit of a smelly but tasty dish.
Veggies were turned up, not yet boiling
and all the while there was I toiling.
All of a sudden, I remembered and flew
into the kitchen. Have you got a clue?
The water boiled over and kept going
unknown to me while I was sewing
in ends oh so happily unaware
blithely continuing without a care.
The kitchen was filled with steam
the source, the cooker it would seem.
Got it cleared, the food was okay
must not do that again, another day!
