July CraftyFolk #Etsy

Thought I would show some creations from the July Crafty Folk today. Lots of new faces appearing which is nice and adds variety. A few have branched out and added another shop to house different creations they have started making. It all adds to the diversity available.
The Crafty Folk team are working on gaining twitter followers and hosting giveaways at milestones to encourage followers. This is also where some new team members have found us too. Quite a few of us have donated prizes for the giveaway, mine doesn`t come up until 4,000 followers but at the rate they are going it won`t be long before that milestone is reached.
For twitter fans they are: CraftFolkEtsy if you want to follow and get in with a chance to win a prize. There are lots of fabulous offerings up for grabs. So why not give it a go if you are on twitter.
I am seriously considering cutting down on the blogging time, maybe doing one every other day. It does take up a lot of time and I find that I am getting spread a bit thin and am constantly scrambling to keep up.
On the plus side you will have a couple of days to see each new blog. What do you think? What do regular readers think? I would be interested to know.
I was at work yesterday. I walked to work in the rain and returned home in sunshine. I also walked to the dentist in sunshine at lunchtime having lost a filling first thing in the morning. Turns out that the tooth is broken and needs to be removed which I didn`t fancy as I had to go back to work. So he filled it for me temporarily and I agreed that when that went, it would come out. My problem is that I have tended to grind my teeth during sleep and it wore away the previous filling.
Any tips or hints or cures to prevent it would be great.
As usual, to see a bigger picture or a description, just click on the item to view it in the shop.
ENJOY!!!

I went to work, it was very sad
as once more the weather was bad.
Then it got drier and there was sun
shame I couldn`t get out and have fun.
By the time I left it was blue sky
and I was more than ready to fly
off home to sit, eat and relax
except thoughts intruded of doing my tax.
Now why did that have to appear?
I know it has to be done each year.
Receipts to sort, things to check
but not just yet, by heck.
There`s other things to do first
maybe even work up a summer thirst.
A Pimms in the garden would be nice
or even a cup of tea would suffice.
As long as I get to sit in the sun
or under the parasol before summers done.
Eating outside would be great
it`s been a long enough wait.
So fingers crossed it`s finally here
and from now on the weather`s clear!

  1. Thanks so much for the feature of my Paris Purse along with the work of such a talented team! I'm still not sure how you quite manage to blog everyday and I think changing the frequency to every other day is a great idea and will free up some of your precious time.

  2. Sorry to hear about your tooth. Hope it doesn't hurt too much. I am in awe of your blogginess as I know how long it takes. I think every other day is a great idea too as I like to read your posts/poetry but can't keep up.
