Circles and Connections #Etsy

Several days ago I said I had been thinking about circles alot along with a song. Then having talked about it, the whole thing subsided for a while. Now it`s back again.
I had been thinking about all the connections we make on a daily basis, often without even realising it. The connections we make are circles too, those people become part of our circle of acquaintances and may even become friends, a whole new circle.
We have a family circle of those closest too us. Then ever widening circles of family that we are connected too but don`t know so well.
Then there are all the connections we make via the internet. Some remain strangers and others become part of a closer circle that we get to know better.
I`m a great believer in that old adage, that there is no such thing as coincidence. That every connection we make is for a reason even if it`s not immediately apparent. Maybe that new person that joined your circle will have words of wisdom that will help you in a time of need or you know the right thing to say at a time they need an ear. Perhaps someone you have met can help you to make another connection that will help your business. It`s all so interesting when you really start to think about it.
I have met interesting people everywhere. Sometimes your intuition prods you to speak to someone and much later the reason becomes apparent. Just pay attention to things that happen around and to you, maybe you will start to see connections too.
Yesterday I was at work but surprisingly didn`t crochet at lunchtime. I know... shock and horror are engulfing you as we speak... can this be possible? I did crochet in the evening but not as much or as quickly as usual. I have all these half formed ideas buzzing around in my brain just starting to take shape. It`s frustrating as I want to make a start on them but won`t really have much chance for a few days. Still, all in good time.
As usual, to see a bigger picture or a description, just click on the item to view it in the shop.
ENJOY!!!

Circles are a part of life
running round from joy to strife.
We are born and then we grow
some are fast and some slow.
Some take their time to explore
others hurry wanting to know more.
We laugh, we love and live,
learning to share and give.
What we give out usually returns
but not for the one that spurns,
that turns away, hides behind a wall
that one learns nothing at all.
We all need to make a start
on opening our feelings and heart.
If you hide, break down that wall
else you`ll never feel love at all.
Love is what makes the world go round.
It`s everwhere, in the air and ground.
The more we give the more we get
and further still the circle is set.
We have children and in their turn
they grow, love, laugh and learn.
They then have children too
making a grandparent of you.
The circle widens and grows bigger,
such is life, you go figure!!
