Winter Accessories #Handmade #Folksy

Today I am going for warm and cosy in view of the very cold weather. I will do this one from Folksy and a similiar one from Etsy tomorrow.
The weather is just so cold that we all need to wrap up warm. I think many people haven`t bothered with hats and scarves or gloves because the weather had been unseasonably mild up until now. Suddenly it has hit hard and fast and looks set to stay a while. Brrr.
So in view of that some gorgeous winter accessories should be just the ticket. At the very least it will make you feel warmer just to view them all.
Have a browse through all these fabulous shops if you get the chance. A good opportunity to find some great winter gear now it`s so cold and snowy.
Today I will be returning home from my brief sojourn to the remainder of my younger daughter`s Hen weekend. I fully expect to return rested and talked out. Which will be quite a novelty for me.
Maybe I`ll have talked so much I won`t be able to think of anything to say on here. Or maybe not. Does seem fairly remote I know considering that most of the time I can waffle on for England.

They say that when the North wind blows
then we will have snow.
So when it blows from the East
is it time for a feast?
When the wind blows from the West
does it bring rain as a test?
The South wind is usually warm
and thats when we all swarm
to the parks and the beaches,
all of natures far reaches.
Heading for the great outdoors
even on to the moors.
The snow though brings some out
and you can hear the delighted shout
of children playing in the snow
arriving home with a healthy glow.
Elderly folk stay inside
because they can`t abide
the cold, with blood gone thin,
they`d much rather stay in.
Me I like to walk a bit
and then go in to sit
in the warmth of home
with no more desire to roam!
