New Year Nutters Showcase #Handmade #Folksy

Hopefully by now those who suffered the after effects of celebrating will be recovered and everyone will be looking forward to the New Year with high hopes.
Today I am displaying crafts from the new listing club for January on Folksy, the New Year Nutters. A very good name we all thought as we are all probably a little bit nuts. We are certainly `Crafting Crazy` as Natalie, of NOfkants Curios, put it on her blog. It is certainly something we all have in common, being nutty about our chosen crafts. Or maybe that should be passionate as reading on the forums, I discovered that pretty much all the crafters are like me, never happier than when they are creating something.
In this shiny new club we have familiar faces, some from last month and some from previous listing clubs and also new faces too, which is really great as it adds to the diversity of crafts available. I have noticed alot, that even those that make similiar things, all have their own way and style of creating that makes the finished object very different. Yay for creativity and diversity!
Yesterday I had a very lazy day. I bit of housework and a lot of chatting on the phone. One call was an hour and a half. See, I`m as good at talking as I am at waffling on here. I sat and did some crocheting and finished a hat while watching a film in the afternoon. It felt quite decadent to be so lazy but great too.
In my shop, UniquelyYours, I am having a 2 Day Sale with a massive 50% Off, refunded via Paypal. This is the second and last day of the sale if you want to take advantage of the wonderful discount.
Well I`ll stop waffling now and get to writing the rhyme.
As usual, to see a bigger picture or a description, just click on the item to view it in the shop.
ENJOY!!!

We have a new listing club on show,
the New Year Nutters with a shiny glow.
Fabulous crafts for you today,
they`ve clearly all been at play.
Here we have new sellers and old,
this is a task for the bold.
It`s hard work making and listing daily
but we go about the task very gaily.
Creating, you see, is in our blood
and very often produces a flood
of stunning creations just for you
and I show them here for many to view.
I`m telling you, handmade is the way to go,
quality and style and not just for show.
All these things will last a long time
far and away longer than this rhyme.
Why not have a treat, spoil yourself,
don`t leave these creations on the shelf.
They deserve to be in the outside world
not packed away neatly curled,
awaiting their new owner to see,
what a bargain and have a spree.
Then quick as wink, they`ll be out the door
and we`ll be busy making more!!
