With the sudden drop in temperatures I decided it was time to do a blog aimed at things to kep you warm this winter. Not all hats and scarves, not even all woollies and not all wearable. I have included the odd surprise.
I hope you like the selection I have chosen for you to see today. I think that with all the mild temperatures up till now we have all been lulled into a false sense of security and kidding ourselves that winter wasn`t going to get here at all.
Unfortunately it seems to have arrived suddenly and sharply. So now it`s time to start wrapping up against that winter chill. And while wrapping up there is no reason that you can`t be colourful or stylish or both, especially when you buy handmade. With us crafters you get quality and style that can`t be beaten, individual designs that you won`t see everywhere. At these prices you can afford to have a few different ones to suit your mood or where you are going.
Have to say they make brilliant gifts too. Many of us have matching sets, listed individually, but can be bought as a set often with a discount, always worth asking if you are buying multiple items. I am always happy to do so.

Was I the only one waiting for the big chill?
Hopefully waiting for more sales to thrill.
Now it`s here I`m not so keen,
it`s the coldest it`s ever been
this winter so far and the chill
isn`t giving me the winetr thrill.
A frosty morning sparkling bright
is I concede a pretty sight.
I don`t like the wind`s bite
I prefer it mild and light.
Still now it`s here we must do our best,
even when it puts us to the test,
to wrap up warm and smile
cos it`ll only last for a while.
You might like a stylish hat
to keep you warm and all that.
Scarves and a cosy bottle cover
if of the cold you`re not a lover.
Gloves of every colour and style
beat mass produced by a mile.
