Day 7 Advent Artisans #Handmade #Folksy

As you can see today is displaying wares from the Advent Artisans daily listing club on Folksy. Things are disappearing fast now, so if there was something you had your eye on you`d better get it now before it goes.
There are so many gorgeous things appearing that I could easily spend a fortune. My trouble is that I can rarely bear to part with them. I have also heard comments from other sellers that have bought items on Folksy saying the same thing. That now they`ve arrived it`s not easy to give them away as gifts. Ooops.
What did I do yesterday..... hmmm. Listed three pairs of gloves and two of them vanished quickly, so that meant doing up the parcels and a trip to the post office. I had already been once earlier. Did some photographing of newly made items, including the hat shown near the bottom of the pics. The pictures just don`t do it justice. It`s thick and warm and looks so much better in reality. I made a ruffled scarflet in the same patterning and colours which I will list very soon. I have started another scarf working the same sort of pattern but this time in teal and cream. I will also do a hat to match. Not sure whether to do another with earflaps or not. Let me know what you think of the hat below. It`s handy to get feedback.
As usual, to see a bigger picture or a description, just click on the item to view it in the shop.
ENJOY!!!

The canopy of stars hangs low
I can almost feel heat from the glow.
So pretty but they`ll soon be gone
as day decides that night is done.
The moon has already gone on it`s way
knowing that it`s time has passed to stay.
Soon there`ll be light on the horizon
and then I know it`s nearly time for fun.
To sit and wait, watching the changing view,
I`ll be stuck to this chair like glue.
Apart from getting another cup of tea
that definitely trumps all you see.
I love to watch the unfolding panorama,
everyday it`s a different drama.
Golds and orange and fiery red.
Why would you want to stay in bed?
Sleep is greatly overrated.
Eight hours? Definitely dated!
So come with me and watch the view.
Surely we can`t be the only two?
