Crafts Galore! #Handmade #Folksy

Today we`ll have general crafts. I expect you know the drill by now. I`ll go off searching and add any creations that catch my eye. Unless of course I see something that starts me off on a theme.
Back in a bit....
I`ve stayed with all different crafts, all the things that caught my attention as I browsed the front pages showing new listings. So many spectacular creations available that I could easily spend a fortune without even trying.
Yesterday I was busy finishing another pair of mittens in Navy and Blue. The fluffy pink pair are all parceled up ready to send as is the table mat too, off to their respective new homes. Also spent time parcelling up a Rainbow Cloud shelf and coatpeg rack sold from the NOTHS shop. So that`s keeping hubby busy making more. I finished a festive scarf yesterday that I`m really pleased with and you will see in my shop very soon. I have become very attached to using the red and white, I suspect you`ll be seeing more things in those colour combinations. The poncho has taken a back seat for now, I haven`t done any more of it as yet. But... I did start something new with the extra large needles I bought, you`ll just have to wait and see what I make with that.
What else happened... ahh... my grandaughter came bright and early to do my ironing and had breakfast with me which was lovely. Her friend turned up too a bit later and they stayed a little while before heading off.

My grandaughter came to visit awhile,
she can always make me smile.
A funny day with rain and sun
it was so windy, no outdoor fun!
Washing went out, then came in
I decided I just couldn`t win.
Then the sky cleared, sunny and bright,
the washing went out, a lovely sight.
The wind it blustered and blew,
so very strong as it threw
the trees from side to side
and nearly overturned the slide.
The remains of a hurricane I was told
in which case, shouldn`t it be cold?
Our weather has become so very strange
in a single day it can range
from summer to winter and back again,
sunshine and warmth and then cold rain.
When it`s miserable and your work is done
you just come visit us and have FUN!!
