Candle Delight #Handmade #Folksy

I was going to have a random wander until I spotted some fabulous candles. Now most of us use candles at some time or other these days. Some like to have them for decoration and others use them to scent their room. We also at times use them for atmosphere. Personally I love to see flickering candles in a room, it makes for a really peaceful atmosphere and looks so pretty.
Nowadays of course there are so many different types available, from the usual wax to bees wax and soya wax for the natural alternative. Not just candles either, now there are wax melts available for burners and many of them just to pretty to melt. As for the candles... well... I would find it hard to light many of them as it would seem sacrilege to mar such beauty. I light tealights but find I tend to make excuses not to light the more ornate ones. How sad is that?
I was at work today and boy was it busy, rushing around, phones going, I feel weary just thinking about it. I did however do some knitting before work, in my lunch hour and crocheting in the evening. So never fear I am still working away on luscious creations for the cooler season coming.
I say coming... some mornings it is quite nippy already... and it`s still August. That is just so wrong. I`m sure the seasons should be 3 months each, not 6 months winter with Spring, Summer and Autumn squeezed in to the other 6 months.
I must start getting more things uploaded to the website this week and start getting more drafts ready for the daily listing club in September on Folksy. I have heaps of things that have been photographed and are awaiting listing somewhere. I also have more creations waiting, ready to be photographed and I also intend to move the rest of my ACEOs to the website before September too. I think 200 hours in a day would be great at the minute. Sleep is greatly overrated anyway.
As usual, to see a bigger picture or a description, just click on the item to view it in the shop.
ENJOY!!!

Yummy candles I have on here.
Don`t you worry they`re not dear!
Lot`s of shapes, many a different size,
which is a feast for your eyes?
Pretty colours and scented oil
to enjoy while you relax or toil.
Looking fabulous flickering in the gloom
of evening, lighting up the room.
The delicate scent wafts on the air
leaving you without a care.
There are large and there are small,
what you choose is your call.
Thinking of love, how about a heart?
Give your romance a head start.
Thinking of relaxing with your feet up?
Light the candle and pick up glass or cup.
Sit back and breathe in the scent
now you no longer feel the need to vent.
Lay back in the bath with the flickering light.
Have you ever seen such a pretty sight?
Smelling great and pretty too,
I`m sure we have just the one for you!
