#New Finds on Folksy.

Phew, it`s nice to see that blogger has returned to normal again. For the last few days it has been in a different format, the inner workings that is. The external appearance has been the same, but inside..... had to jump through hoops to access the dashboard and when it came up it was scary and not very user friendly. For a non techie person it was much more difficult. Took me half an hour to find how to advance publish and then it didn`t work the first day. It did by the next day though. I hate things like this changing. You get used to it being a certain way and without so much as a by your leave, it`s different.
Still, enough whingeing, it`s back to normal. Thank you to blogger for giving it back....
Okay then..... where was I before I got sidetracked. Ahhh... this blog. What are we having today? Don`t really know. Will have to go and have a browse to see what I can find.
Have decided on a theme, well not really a theme as such. This is mainly for new shops today, so their creations can have a wider audience and I can find new treasures. Although not all are new shops, some are new to me.
The day before yesterday I had an idea for a different style of scarf/scarflet. I was excited and had to make a start straight away, even though I didn`t have much time before work. I beavered away at it in my lunch hour and then showed off what I had been doing and even the guy said he liked it, quite unusually. In the evening I got stuck in again and yesterday I finished it and was really pleased with the result. It`s just something a bit different, but pretty and practical. Have lot`s of ideas for more, all slightly different.
As usual, to see a bigger picture or a description, just click on the item to view it in the shop.

A bit of blue and a bit of grey
this makes up our sky today.
Will it be sunny or will it rain?
I expect it will rain again!
Me though, I`m off to work
so indoors I will lurk.
So if it`s rain or shine,
doesn`t matter, I`ll be fine.
Would much rather be crafting,
than say.. white water rafting.
Would rather be here with you
than working... in a zoo.
Ideas are coming thick and fast,
don`t want them to go past,
without making a start at least
on such a fab crochet feast.
I just don`t have enough time,
will have to do a very quick rhyme.
So many ideas overflowing
making new leaves me glowing.
Too many things all half done
finishing just isn`t fun.
An idea stikes and I`m off at a fast pace
anyone would think it was a race.
Eventually though it all gets finished
properly mind, nothing diminished.
Cos` I do what I love and love what I do
making fabulous creations just for you!
