Noah`s Ark #Handmade #Folksy

My mind was a blank, I didn`t have a clue as to what I was going to put on here for you today. I went and had a wander, still no leap of inspiration. Lot`s of lovely things that tempted me, but no, they weren`t really what I was looking for. Then I saw something, a cute little needle felted mouse, followed by cats on a card wallet. I decided that it wasn`t a coincidence and I was clearly meant to have an animal theme. It was quite exciting mainly because it hasn`t occurred to me to do an animal theme before. I don`t know why really as there are some fabulous items with animals on them.
Right then, what was I doing yesterday? Took a parcel to the post office, well actually two parcels. One was for two items we sold from our very new Not On The High Street shop. We were thrilled about that as it had only been opened a few days. The other was a beautiful baby blanket that sold not long after it was listed, another YAY!!
Let me think, what else did I do. Lot`s of computer work, bleurgh... some crocheting... oh and I took some pics of a few of the new creations I made at the weekend. Two of those I put on my website, @UniquelyYours2010.weebly.com. A few will go on my Folksy shop too. My daughter popped in to visit on the way back from school with the litle one and we picked up the 4 yr old from school. It`s great to see his little face light up when he spots us. They are all such gorgeous children.
Ooops, waffling again. I`ll stop now.
As ever, to see a description or a larger picture, just click on the item to view it in the shop.
Have FUN and ENJOY!!!

I`m ready to do this blog for you
I think a good theme must be due.
What will it be I wonder, this time.
Well you can`t tell from this rhyme.
So now I`m off to look around
on Folksy where good things abound!
Animals are todays theme,
so much more than they seem.
I saw one, it looked so cute
and I thought, what a beaut.
Another followed hot on it`s heels,
a brainwave, this is how it feels!
A eureka moment, it felt just great,
now this blog won`t be late.
I`d ambled round and round
until an idea could be found.
Then I saw them and thought hark,
two together, must be Noah`s Ark.
So now I`m feeling witty,
I know that`s not pretty,
but never mind we have it sussed
I really need not have fussed.
Every time I wonder if there will be
something great, it has to be good you see.
I want only the best for you
so that you will want to view
and maybe sit and sigh
before you go and buy!!
