#Handmade Delights. #Folksy

Well we had a great weekend with my younger daughter and her fiance. Today they are off to Switzerland and I`ll be counting the days until it will be time for us to visit. Not so bad these days with all the communications available. I wish them well in their travels.
Okay, back to work. I`ve been busy since they left. Yesterday afternoon I was working hard to get my website up and running and YAY I did it. I am also working on a second website too and when that is done I will do a blog all about it. At this point I have to say that I am not the most patient of people at times, shocking I know. Lack of knowledge makes me frustrated and too quick to blame others for my shortcomings. The website is on Weebly and they were very patient, unfailingly patient and polite in the face of my constant demands for information. Anyway, more on that when the other site is finished and I do a blog on it. If you are looking for somewhere to have your own website it is ideal. Easy to use and even the more complicated part of setting up a shop, well complicated to me, is easy once you get the hang of it.
I know that quite a few of the Folksy folk have set up sites on there recently.
Not sure what I am going to put on here today. Will have a browse and surprise us both.
As ever, to see a bigger picture or a description, just click on the item to view it in the shop.
ENJOY!!

We all had a lovely barbecue
so much better than a stew!
Time to spend with the each departee
as wine flowed, there was great repartee.
Talk of adventures yet to come
kind of sad when it was done.
Not for them there off to pastures new
no time for them to be feeling blue.
The time I know will go so fast
then the summer will be past.
No, I`m not wishing my life away
nor wishing that they would stay.
Our children have to spread their
do what make their heart sings.
See the world and have fun
then settle down when they are done.
Nice to have lots of family chat
laughter and teasing and all that.
Chatting to family I haven`t seen for a while
as the food food was heaped up in a pile.
Yesterday a last chance to talk
before it was time for them to walk.
Off to London for their last night
Today Switzerland, a wonderful sight!
