#Fabulous Folksy Crafts.

It`s back to the sellers that have favorited my shop. Just my way of saying a little thank you. It`s actually rather nice to do this as it`s like discovering their shops all over again. Of course many have diversified and their style has changed and evolved as does pretty much every crafter. It`s good to see though and makes life more interesting.

Today I am off to the Vitality show in London. It`s my Mother`s Day present from my daughter. It will be lovely to have the day together. We used to go each year and then stopped for a few years, so it will be interesting to see what it is like now. I will tell you all about it tomorrow.

Poor hubby didn`t sleep late yesterday
far too much to do, he did say!
But he had to go to work last night
he needed extra sleep to stay bright.
Now the sink is in and working well
he was very pleased, I can tell.
I helped to carry the old bath out
that did make my back shout.
Then the new one we lifted into place
he`s working at a good old pace.
he did all the bits they have to do
then discovered another bit, oh phew!
That caused a few naughty words
cetainly enough to scare the birds.
Then it was off to get the accessories
all in chrome, if you please.
Very smart they are looking now
I`ll polish them daily, is my vow.
Who am I kidding, not a chance
I`m not keen on the housework dance.
Is the bath sealed in place?
I need to do more than wash my face.
He`ll make the bath panels himself
just like the cupboard and shelf.
The extra flooring will be put to use
nothing out of place, nothing loose.
A perfectionist it will all be exact,
I know from experience and that's a fact!
