Folksy Friday

Today is about all the good things on Folksy.

There is a great community spirit, if you ask for help someone steps in with the help you need.

Need to learn something? Someone does a "how to" in pictures. I learnt to make crochet flowers from Lemonade and Lamingtons blog on how to make flowers.
Easy to follow instructions and pictures to show how they should turn out.

That`s what I call a good tutorial and now I can make them easily and have added many of my own embellishments. I have seen many shop owners show how they make their goods in step by step pictures.
That's when you really appreciate the amount of work that goes into every handmade craft item.

Today I have put two beautiful Hairband/Headbands in my shop. The first is a Vivid Pink and White and the second is Orange, Red and Black. Go get them while you can, could be a case of Hair today, gone tomorrow.

Loved these birds on this Crown and Glory Bobby Pin Set by Crown and Glory.

Spooky and sensational, Caught in a Web earrings by Mirribeads.

Couldn`t take my eyes off this stunning Light Pink Single Egg Nest by Chuls Charms.

Spotted this beautiful Fossilised Shells Pendant and Sterling Silver by DamselFly Gemma.

Now I have spotted these wonderful buttons, hmmmm, I could use those! Three Pairs of differing Vintage Round Dark Wooden Coat Buttons from NOFKants Curios.

Have included some of the suppliers too as they have wonderful things we can`t manage without. Some so gorgeous that I start racking my brains for ways I could use them.

Hope you like all the choices today and that they inspire you to make or buy, either is good.

So go and get browsing on Folksy!!!
